Every service below is delivered by a background-checked, credentialed caregiver, following a written Plan of Care approved by you or your family.
Hands-on support with the daily routines that become harder to manage alone, delivered with dignity and privacy.
The everyday upkeep that keeps a home safe and comfortable, so clients and families don't have to choose between care and chores.
Consistent, familiar company that reduces isolation and keeps a caregiver's eyes on changes in condition or safety.
Temporary relief for family caregivers — scheduled or on short notice — so the person doing the caring can also rest.
Caregivers may provide medication reminders, hand over pre-filled containers, open containers, read labels, and observe self-administration — always within non-medical limits, and only as authorized in the Plan of Care.
For stable, predictable clients, Mellow Care can arrange nurse delegation of specific clinical tasks to a trained caregiver, under the authorization and ongoing oversight of a licensed Washington RN.
Assistance with taking vital signs (informational only) and passive range-of-motion exercises for maintenance purposes, per a current plan from your physician or therapist.
What Mellow Care is — and isn't. Mellow Care is a licensed non-medical home care agency under WAC 246-335. We are not a nursing agency, hospice, or medical provider, and caregivers do not administer medication, alter dosages, or perform clinical tasks unless specifically nurse-delegated. If your loved one's needs exceed non-medical home care, we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right level of support.
Every client starts with a free, no-obligation in-home assessment — so the plan reflects the person, not a package.
