Service agreement, billing, and Client Bill of Rights are reviewed together.

Service starts — as required under Washington's 7-day rule for licensed home care.

48 Hour Rapid Start is available based on caregiver availability and case complexity, and follows the same WAC 246-335 documentation, assessment, and Client Bill of Rights requirements as every Mellow Care admission.
